Anyone who currently owns a Certificate of Deposit can sell before the expiry of it. Expiry of the Certificate is 3 years from the date of issuance.

Buyer can see the allocation of the certificate on the Buyer bid itself whether it has been allocated or rejected.On allocation,buyer has to confirm it in order to Buy the certificate.

After Allocation of Certificate, buyer has to confirm and click on the Pay now button where they will be redirected to the Payment Page.

Buyer can see all the certificates that he/she possesses in a View Certificate of Deposit Screen provided and can download it.

Once the vehicle is submitted for scrapping by the vehicle owner, the RVSF will generate the Certificate of Deposit (CD)..

After the CD is digitally signed by RVSF, the vehicle owner can download it by logging in and clicking the 'View COD' button

The vehicle owner can utilize COD by logging in and clicking the 'Utilize COD' button to take advantage of the benefit.

Once the vehicle is scrapped by the RVSF, they will upload the chassis cutout piece photo and the engine cutout piece photo to generate the CVS.

After the CVS is digitally signed by RVSF, the vehicle owner can download it by logging in and clicking the 'View CVS' button
